Greapeseed oil:Grape Seed Extract and its oil is derived from the seeds of a grape. Due to their nutritional and medicinal properties grapes, their seeds, and leaves have been used in many home remedies for centuries.

Bidikmisi Tahun Ini, Rp 1,4 T untuk 91.000 Mahasiswa

SOLO, KOMPAS.com - Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan menganggarkan Rp 1,4 triliun untuk program beasiswa Bidikmisi tahun 2013. Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Mohammad Nuh mengatakan, beasiswa ini akan diberikan untuk 91.000 mahasiswa di berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.

Dapatkan Payudara Kencang, Segera!


KOMPAS.com - Tak hanya sebagai simbol identitas, bagi kaum hawa payudara juga bisa menjadi senjata untuk mendongkrak rasa percaya diri. Hanya saja, seiring bertambahnya usia kekencangan payudara akan mengalami penurunan. Tidak perlu menjalani operasi untuk bisa mendapatkan payudara kencang dan indah seperti sediakala. Coba lakukan latihan sederhana ini 2-3 kali seminggu, dan dapatkan payudara kencang secara natural dalam satu bulan.
Half Push-Up
A. Letakkan tangan selebar dada di bangku. Seimbangkan bobot tubuh pada tangan dan ujung kaki. Jangan hanya bertumpu pada tangan. Usahakan tubuh dan kaki membentuk garis lurus.    
B. Tekuk siku perlahan, masih dengan bertumpu pada tangan dan jari kaki. Lakukan hingga tubuh turun sejauh 10-15 cm. Tahan posisi ini selama 30 detik, lalu dorong tubuh kembali ke posisi semula. Pastikan tubuh tetap dalam posisi lurus selama melakukan gerakan ini. Lakukan 3-5 repetisi.
Tip & Teknik
* Tarik nafas saat mendorong tubuh ke bawah, embuskan nafas saat mengangkatnya ke posisi awal.    
* Pastikan punggung selalu dalam posisi lurus.
* Latihan ini juga dapat dilakukan menggunakan stability ball.

A. 
Pegang dumbbell 1-2 kg pada masing-masing tangan, lalu berbaring lah di atas bangku, lutut ditekuk, telapak kaki menapak rata di lantai. Rentangkan tangan, tekuk kedua siku, angkat hingga sudutnya setinggi pundak dan membentuk sudut 90 derajat. Saat memegang dumbbell telapak tangan dalam posisi menghadap ke arah depan.
B. Kontraksikan otot dada dengan cara menyilangkan pergelangan tangan kiri di atas pergelangan tangan kanan. Kembali ke posisi semula, lalu gerakkan gerakan yang sama, tapi kali ini pergelangan tangan kanan di atas pergelangan tangan kiri. Lakukan 8-16 repetisi.
Tip & Teknik
* Embuskan nafas saat mengangkat tangan, hirup nafas saat kembali ke posisi semula.
* Gunakan otot, dan bukan momentum untuk mengangkat beban.
* Pastikan punggung bawah tetap menempel di bangku sepanjang latihan.
* Latihan ini bisa dilakukan di atas stability ball jika ingin mendapatkan bonus otot core yang kuat.
Chest Expander
Untuk peregangan otot dada, duduk tegak di bangku dengan tangan terentang di depan dada, jari-jari bersentuhan. Tekan tulang belikat merapat dan angkat tangan kanan ke atas sehingga membentuk garis diagonal. Tahan pose ini selama 30 detik. Kembali ke posisi semula dan ganti tangan untuk gerakan berikutnya.
Tip & Teknik* Saat melakukan gerakan ini, jaga agar pundak rileks jauh dari telinga, otot perut dikencangkan. Kita akan merasakan benar bekerjanya otot dada.
* Jangan membungkukkan dada saat melakukan gerakan ini.
